• All building work is carried out under a JCT Contract as standard.
• We can provide written, verbal or visual references for any of our projects upon request, and also show you around current and completed projects in order to assure you of the level of quality you can expect.
• Public and employer liability insurances available on request
• Building work is compliant with the current CDM regulations 2015, in terms of producting construction phase plans (to include method statements and risk assessments)
